*Please Action* - Council Drop-in Sessions
Voice Your Opposition to the SBLN Road Blocks
The South Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood (SBLN) scheme will choke the streets with barriers, destroy local businesses, isolate communities, and burden emergency services without solving real issues like pollution or congestion.
As residents, you now have the opportunity to voice your opposition to the road blocks on the dates listed below:
Drop-in Sessions:
9 October @ 4pm to 7pm: The Old Picture House (Google map)
15 October @ 3:30pm to 6:30pm: The Chessel Centre (Google map)

The clock is ticking – the public consultation closes Thursday, 30 October 2025, at midnight.
This is your chance to fight back.
The Drop-in sessions listed above are running now to learn more (check the council site for details), but your voice matters most through formal feedback.
How to Act:
Submit Your Objection: Head to the SBLN consultation page and share why these plans fail us. Be specific: mention gridlock risks, access barriers, or ignored community input. Use evidence from the EBLN in St. George and Barton Hill.
Join Drop-Ins: Pop into the unbooked sessions listed above. Turn curiosity into action.
Spread the Word: Rally neighbours, share on socials, and sign petitions. United, we can reshape this.

Have your say by 30 October.
