Bristol City Council deliberately ignores all concerns, difficulties faced by residents and protests. Councillors Plowden, Dyer and Bryher completely disregard the wishes and requirements of taxpayers. Here are some comments from the article:

The French National Assembly has voted (98 to 51) to end the country’s low-emission zones (ZFEs).
… these low-emission zone have faced mounting criticism for disproportionately impacting lower-income individuals who cannot afford to upgrade to cleaner or electric vehicles.
